The perfect quick and easy treat for peanut butter lovers!
If you’re a peanut butter fan (and who isn’t?), this no-bake Peanut Butter Slice is about to become your new favourite. It’s rich, fudgy, and full of wholesome ingredients. Plus, there’s no oven required. With just a handful of pantry staples and one of our Bennetto 82% Super Dark Chocolate bars, you’ll have a delicious, protein-packed snack ready in no time.

Ingredients:
Peanut Butter Oat Mixture

1 cup creamy peanut butter

⅓ cup pure maple syrup

1 ⅓ cups quick rolled oats

¼ cup melted coconut oil
Chocolate Peanut Butter Topping

80g Bennetto 82% Super Dark Chocolate

⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
Method:
Peanut Butter Oat Base

Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or wax paper.

Gently melt the coconut oil.

Add all base ingredients to a blender or food processor and blitz until the mixture comes together into a dough-like texture.

Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spoon or spatula.

Place in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Topping

Melt the chocolate using a double boiler, or microwave in 30-second increments until smooth.

Stir in the peanut butter and allow the mixture to cool slightly.

Pour over the chilled base and spread evenly.

Refrigerate for another 45 minutes, or until firm.

Slice into bars and enjoy!
Storage
Keep your slice fresh by storing it in an airtight container or ziplock bag in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Tip
For a fun twist, sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt on top before setting. It perfectly balances the rich chocolate and creamy peanut butter.
