frequently asked questions

Got questions about Bennetto chocolate? You’re in the right place. From ingredients to sourcing, here’s everything you need to know about what makes our chocolate so special.

shipping and delivery

Standard shipping is $9.50 for urban New Zealand addresses and $12.50 for rural delivery. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100.

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within New Zealand.

Our New Zealand store ships within New Zealand only. Bennetto chocolate is also available in Australia and the United Kingdom — please visit the relevant regional Bennetto website to order.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for urban areas and a little longer for rural addresses.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

Where possible we will avoid shipping at the end of the week to avoid potential heat damage. This may mean it takes slightly longer for your chocolate to arrive, but it means it is more likely to arrive in good condition.

orders and returns

Please contact us as soon as possible at admin@bennetto.co.nz if you need to change or cancel your order. We'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment has begun.

As our products are consumable food items, we're unable to accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at admin@bennetto.co.nz with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If you're still having trouble, get in touch with us at orders@bennetto.co.nz with your order number and we'll investigate.

Absolutely! Simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. We won't include a receipt in the parcel.
