No there is no alcohol contained in, or used anywhere in the manufacturing process, so none of our chocolate contains any alcohol.
All of our chocolate is bean to bar, so none of our chocolate is alkalised/ditched. All of our chocolate is subject to temperatures ranging from 100-120℃ when roasted nice and slowly to bring out the delicious flavours locked inside.
