Blended in Christchurch and sweetened with panela sugar, our Original Dark Drinking Chocolate can be prepared with dairy or plant-based milks. The 5kg catering format suits regular service, shared kitchens, and other settings making chocolate drinks throughout the day.
How to make it: Mix 3 to 4 heaped teaspoons of drinking chocolate powder into a paste with a little hot water. Stir in one cup of hot or cold milk of choice.
